The handover/practical completion stage marks the end of construction of your brand new home. Don’t be misled just because it is a newly built home that building defects will not be found.
The handover inspection by Inspex is very thorough conducted by licensed builders who have actually built homes themselves. Our inspection involves a detailed and comprehensive inspection of the exterior, interior and site works of your new home. All defects and omissions are itemised in a written report for you to submit to the builder’s immediate attention. It is a must that all NEW home owners do this inspection.
