Dilapidation Inspection
A dilapidation survey report is usually undertaken immediately before a contractor commences their site work.
The purpose of a dilapidation survey is to establish the pre-existing condition of the building/s or structure/s prior to the commencement of site works to all properties adjoining the site which may be influenced by the contractor’s work.
The survey encompasses the site, dwelling external and internal elements including the site. A detailed report is compiled documenting the results of the inspection which includes photos of all visible defects presented in a hardcopy and digital format.
