Q. Are you licensed and insured
Yes, Inspex has Professional indemnity and public liability insurance

Q. What is the process?
When you have made the booking, Inspex contacts the agent to arrange a suitable time for access when confirmed we notify you of the time and date.

Q. How long does the inspection take?
Each property is different it depends on the size and condition but usually anywhere from 1 – 2 hours.

Q. How long does it take to get reports?
The report is available the next working day after the inspection.

Q. How do we get our report
Reports are uploaded to our Inspex website the following day. A user id and password are emailed to notify you that the reports are ready to access and view.

Q. Is the inspector experienced?
Luckily for Inspex all of our inspectors are fully licensed builders and have actually built homes, still to this very day when time permits they jump on the tools. Inspex has a combined building experience of 127 years.

Q. What do I do if my Conveyancer /Financier  wants a copy of the report
Forward your user id and password email message onto whoever requires a copy.

Q. Do you give the report to anyone else
NO! You are OUR client and the findings of the inspection are between you and the inspector. Inspex does not advise or forward the report onto anyone else.

Q. Can we attend the inspection?
Inspex encourages and recommends that you do attend the inspection if any defects or faults are found these can be discussed with you onsite.

Q. Where are you located?
Head office is located northern end of the Gold Coast at Helensvale. We also have inspectors who also reside in Brisbane. Inspex covers most of South East Queensland.
